  • Prefer USA/CAN shipping but ok with WW.

  • Love to recycle supplies (less waste in the world!) but will make sure that anything being sent is well secured, protective, and sturdy.

  • Pc's for trade and sales are always placed in a penny sleeve and toploader, with washi tape.

  • Respect and communication is key to me! I highly value these and hope you do as well - either party can back out of a trade or sell if we don't feel comfortable. Please be kind and a decent human being; I am an understanding person, just be upfront.

Trades

I will always do the following and request that the same is done in return as well:

  • Send a video with the flash on to show the front and back condition of pc's with my user in the background

  • Send packing proof and address confirmation

  • Send video of mail drop-off

  • Stamped shipping by default unless mutually agreed upon beforehand

Sales

All items sold are official unless otherwise clearly stated. There will also be notation of any damage as well.

  • I will always do the following for sales:

GROUP ORDERS

USA based, WW friendly! Pet and smoke free home.Will host infrequently for GO's, and will always aim to ensure sellers are reliable.I will be thorough and open with everyone at all points during GO's, and update regularly.

UPDATED CHANGES AS OF 10/20/24 & EFFECTIVE GOING FORWARD.Claims: If you cannot keep a claim anymore it is YOUR responsibility to find replacement(s) - it also does not relieve you of the deadlines. If you can't pay, don't join. I can help share ISO replacement posts.
Collection drop GO's: All must be claimed in full & initials paid before securing.
Late Fee: $1 per day per item for 2 weeks max, at which point claim(s) are lost.
DOMS: 2 week shipping deadline, at which point claim(s) are lost & no refunds given.
Extensions & Holds: Must be requested BEFORE deadlines. Depending on item(s) & GO timing some extensions may not be accepted.
Holds for multiple GO's: no changes. Automatic unless you prefer to send them out separately.

General GO Rules

  • Claiming in a GO is comitting to the claims - no backing out unless you are able to find a replacement.

  • Accepted payments are: PayPal f&f, Venmo, and Zelle, or Wise for some WW payments. Please dm me for other options as a last resort or otherwise stated.

  • Stamped starts at $1.50 and tracked at $5.00 for US. WW stamped starts at $2, tracked tbd. This includes a $0.50 supply fee.

  • Payments are due at the dates set for each GO - this may vary depending on the GO type.

  • Once the GO is on-hand I will send claim confirmation, packing proof, and address confirmation.

  • I will not send your claim until all payments are received, and will send out as soon as I can once it is received. If I do not hear from you after 48 hours of final request, your claim will be put up with no refund.

  • I will hold items for a max of 2 weeks (normal shipping deadline) before they are released for sale.

  • Once items are sent they are out of my hands and I am not responsible for any lost/damaged mail as a result of the mail carrier.

  • I will do my best to make sure items are as listed/reported from the seller. I'm not responsible for any damages or imperfections that come from a seller but will communicate if there are any discrepancies, and what remediations will be done for the GO/claim.

  • I am NOT financially responsible if the seller scams me in any manner, and will do my best to secure from reliable sellers.

  • Accessibility: if there is anything I can do with packing to ensure best accessibility for any physical needs, please let me know!
